Chevening Scholarship
The UK government’s flagship scholarship. Fully funded: tuition, living allowance, return flights, and visa fees. Open to Pakistanis with 2 years of work experience, a confirmed Bachelor’s degree, and plans to return to Pakistan after studies. Applications typically open July–November for October entry.
Commonwealth Scholarship
Funded by the UK government for students from Commonwealth nations. Covers tuition, airfare, and living allowance. Focused on students who can demonstrate impact on their home country’s development. Apply through HEC Pakistan.
HEC Overseas Scholarships
Higher Education Commission Pakistan offers multiple funded programmes for MS and PhD studies abroad. Requires admission from a partner university first. Check hec.gov.pk for current open programmes.
