Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of gohataglobal.com and to any enquiry submitted through it. Engaging Gohata Global (Pvt.) Ltd for counselling services is governed by a separate written service agreement, which prevails over these terms where the two differ.

Gohata Global provides education counselling, admissions processing, English language guidance and visa file preparation. We prepare and submit applications and advise on requirements. We do not grant admission and we do not issue visas. Admission decisions rest solely with the receiving institution, and visa decisions rest solely with the immigration authority of the destination country.

No statement on this site, and no statement made by a counsellor, constitutes a guarantee of admission, of scholarship, of visa approval or of any specific outcome. Historical success figures describe past applications and do not predict the result of any individual case.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every document and statement you give us, including academic records, financial evidence and any previous visa refusal from any country. We will not submit information we know to be false or misleading, and we reserve the right to terminate the engagement without refund where an applicant conceals or fabricates material information.

Our service fees, what they cover, and the point at which each becomes payable, are set out in writing in the service agreement before any engagement begins. Third-party costs — including institutional application and deposit fees, English test fees, visa application charges, health surcharges, medical examinations and attestation — are payable by you directly to the relevant body and are not included in our fees. Refund terms are governed by the service agreement.

Fees, entry requirements, visa rules, financial thresholds and deadlines published on this site are indicative and change without notice. Every figure should be confirmed against the institution or immigration authority before you rely on it financially. We correct published figures as changes come to our attention but accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of information that has since changed.

All content on this site, including text, page design, guides, data tables and imagery, is the property of Gohata Global (Pvt.) Ltd unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

This site links to university, government and immigration websites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
