Ranked in the global top 50 for Engineering and Technology, TU Delft is the Netherlands' most prestigious technical institution. Pakistani engineers who qualify for TU Delft are among the strongest international applicants in any cohort, the university requires a CGPA equivalent to 75% or above, a GRE score for most programmes, IELTS 6.5, and a strong statement of purpose. Competition for places is genuinely intense. Acceptance rates for Pakistani applicants run around 15 to 20%.
Wageningen University and Research (WUR)

Business Administration, Economics, and Data Science programmes at Amsterdam are popular among Pakistani postgraduate applicants. Entry requirements are CGPA 3.0 to 3.5 and IELTS 6.0 to 6.5.
University of Groningen
One of the oldest universities in the Netherlands, Groningen consistently ranks in the global top 150 across multiple fields. The city is one of the Netherlands' most student-friendly, approximately 25% of Groningen's population are students, creating a lively, affordable, and integrated student culture. Holland Scholarship
The Holland Scholarship is the Dutch government's primary scholarship for international students from outside the EU. It provides €5,000 for the first year of a Bachelor's or Master's programme. Pakistani students are eligible. Competition is managed by each institution, you apply to the university which nominates candidates to the scholarship.
